His vision has also led to the expansion of Breakaway into new verticals, including Breakaway Projects, a record label and artist management venture and Breakaway Presents, the company’s concert promotion arm.

Zach Ruben is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Breakaway. Recognized as a top Columbus Business Entrepreneur by JP Morgan Chase, one of the Most Exceptional Entrepreneurs by Goldman Sachs, and a Billboard Dance Power Player, Ruben brings expertise in touring, A&R, and industry relationships to the company. At Breakaway, Ruben oversees business operations across the festival and touring platform, record label, and management verticals with a specialized focus on talent buying and live events. Known for his skill in identifying rising stars, Ruben regularly procures and secures collaborations with the ‘next big thing,’ keeping Breakaway at the forefront of the emerging artist scene.

Jarrod Fucci is the President of Breakaway. He brings over a decade of experience leading and scaling rapidly growing teams. Fucci leads organizational operations from end to end. He oversees live festivals and events, directs internal teams, and manages brand partnerships, working to align strategy and execution across departments.

William VanOrsdel is the Chief Revenue Officer of Breakaway. At Breakaway, he leads business development across a myriad of entertainment properties and artist services. As part of the leadership team, VanOrsdel continues to drive investor relations alongside fundraising, partnerships, expansion, new business ventures, and brand building for Breakaway.

Monet Baer is the Chief of Staff of Breakaway. She brings expertise in business operations, investor relations, and strategic growth. Prior to joining Breakaway, Baer was Chief of Staff & Head of Strategic Growth for A.Team, a high-growth technology startup that raised $60M from Insight Venture Partners, Tiger Global, and Roc Nation, alongside Michael Ovitz and investors from SpaceX, Uber, Lyft, Apple, Discord, Meta, and Rimowa. At Breakaway, Baer focuses on company-wide strategy and operations, overseeing key initiatives that drive expansion, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.

Jaime Neely is the President of the Breakaway's record label, Breakaway Projects. He brings expertise in major label and publishing A&R, producer management, and deal negotiation across the greater entertainment business. Neely is responsible for signing talent, managing division budgets, and overseeing release strategies.
